Cartier is consistently pleasant
Cartier came to apply a normal maintenance treatment, but because of excessive rain, my grass was very long. Rather than perform the scheduled treatment and move to the next job, Cartier asked when my next cut was scheduled. When I said 1 to 2 days from the treatment date, he recommended rescheduling the treatment to ensure the benefits were not voided by the cutting. Cartier is consistently pleasant and professional (in spite of my free-range 93-pound Doberman 😃) and our most recent exchange is yet another example.

Duane Jones is our technician, and on his last visit he noticed some brown spots which I was aware of. He took a closer look and determined that it was a fungus. While he was doing the normal treatment, he added a fungus control and in 2 weeks the lawn is already looking better! Thanks for the advice, we really appreciate it! This would have never happened with our previous lawn service!

By the end of May (7 months after initial visit), the new lawn has really come in! Lawn is thick and carpet-like in most areas. Considering the former lawn was overgrown with crabgrass, wire grass, zoysia, and other weeds, the positive transformation in less than one year is most welcome and is impressive.
